Terms for Using This Site

These Terms & Conditions govern use of Delaware County Busted Mugshots. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. Continued use means you accept the terms as posted.

Delaware County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and unaffiliated with a government body, Sheriff’s Office, jail, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-covered use. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency; it is a reference to publicly available Delaware County and Pennsylvania record resources.

Nature of the Service

This private reference does not store official records, certify custody, release anyone, or file a document for a visitor. It identifies public sources and outside research tools related to Delaware County custody, court, and records-request questions.

When a visitor needs an official answer, the responsible county office, court, corrections department, or other agency remains the source of record.

  • Contact details and agency practices may change.
  • Services may be unavailable or delayed.
  • Technical errors or security weaknesses may occur.
  • Partner search results may be limited or inaccurate.

Custody and court records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the Sheriff’s Office or any public agency.
